In these cases, the Free Shipping on items under $75 will generally be sent by by methods that do not include tracking and we do not accept returns on these Free Shipping items, no exceptions. All orders over $75 with free shipping are covered by our Returns policy.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Made by Josie, each piece is crafted with care and attention to texture, colour, and detail. If something isn’t quite right, I gladly accept returns, exchanges, or store credit — provided you notify me within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
