Refund Policy

Because our items are handmade, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved returns must be sent back unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

 

Important: Items shipped with the free shipping option are sent by regular mail without tracking and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
