In these cases, the Free Shipping on items under $75 will generally be sent by by methods that do not include tracking and we do not accept returns on these Free Shipping items, no exceptions. At Made by Josie, each piece is crafted with care and attention to texture, colour, and detail. If something isn’t quite right, I gladly accept returns, exchanges, or store credit — provided you notify me within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
