Return & Exchange Policy

At Made by Josie, each piece is crafted with care and attention to texture, colour, and detail. If something isn’t quite right, I gladly accept returns, exchanges, or store credit — provided you notify me within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• We do not accept returns on purchases under $75 that used the free shipping option. Please ensure that if you wish to keep your return option open, use a paid shipping option. Free shipping is offered as a courtesy on some of our items.

  
  

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use the method of your choice.

• If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds & Credits

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a refund, store credit or exchange confirmation.

• If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

At Made by Josie, every order is packed with care and shipped using reliable, economical methods to keep costs fair and delivery smooth.

Canadian Orders

Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post or comparable service for tracked courier. Tracking is provided on all orders with paid shipping.

US Orders

I ship to the United States via Canada Post or comparable service for tracked courier. Tracking is provided on all orders with paid shipping.

Please note that all US orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs upon delivery. These charges are determined by US customs and are entirely the buyer's responsibility. I am not responsible for any additional fees charged by your country after shipment.   These fees are outside of my control and not refundable.

International Orders

I ship internationally via Canada Post or comparable service for tracked courier. Tracking is provided on all orders with paid shipping.

If your country charges any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs upon delivery, the charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are outside of my control and not refundable.

Shipping Methods

Tracked Courier

• Most orders ship via flat‑rate standard or expedited courier within Canada.

• Paid shipping includes tracking.

• Our delivery times are estimates, we cannot guarantee a courier's delivery window but use their info to estimate your delivery date

Free Shipping

• All orders over $75 before taxes and shipping, will receive Free Shipping by Standard Courier

• As a small business, absorbing shipping rates is not always possible while keeping prices reasonable. However, We may occasionally offer Free Shipping on some of our items and therefore not require the $75 minimum. In these cases, the Free Shipping on items under $75 will generally be sent by by methods that do not include tracking and we do not accept returns on these Free Shipping items, no exceptions. Please consider this when making your purchase. and if you prefer to keep your returns options open, please use a paid option. All orders over $75 with free shipping are covered by our Returns policy.
